Equipping families to care for their children on the autism spectrum

Family-Led Autism Collective exists to remove the financial and logistical barriers that keep families from staying consistently present in their child's autism therapy.

Who We Are

Family-Led Autism Collective (FLAC) is a nonprofit organization focused on helping families navigate autism therapy with practical support, financial assistance, and community.

We exist because ABA therapy, the gold standard for autism treatment, requires 20 to 40 hours a week of family involvement. That level of commitment creates real financial and logistical pressure that too many families can't sustain on their own.

FLAC was built to close that gap. Not by delivering clinical services, but by removing the barriers that make consistent participation impossible for too many families.

FLAC is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 99-1928406), incorporated in Delaware.

Our financials and governance are published on Candid, where we hold a transparency seal.

How FLAC Supports Families

Grants & Financial Support

Monthly cash grants to help families manage the financial impact of attending family-powered ABA therapy. Grant amounts are based on therapy hours completed and household financial need.

Community Support & Educational Guidance

A moderated family community where families navigating ABA therapy can connect and share what's working. Alongside that, we offer practical resources to help families understand therapy options, insurance coverage, evaluations, and the steps involved in accessing care.

Our Approach

Families First

Everything we build is designed around what families actually need, not what's easiest for us to provide.

Clear, Actionable Information

We break down complex topics like insurance, therapy options, and financial assistance so families can take real next steps without feeling more overwhelmed.

Community and Connection

Families learn best from families. We focus on building spaces where families can support one another with real experience, not just advice.
