We're a small team working on a simple problem: families start ABA therapy, then run out of money before it has time to work. We fund that gap, keep a neutral directory of providers, and run a community where families get real answers. If that's work you want to do, we'd like to hear from you.

Volunteer board seats supporting fundraising, governance, and our reach into new communities.
Philanthropic Board Member
BoardFor someone with philanthropic network access who will introduce FLAC to funders, advise on major gift and planned giving strategy, and give personally under our 100% board giving policy. Two-year term, roughly 6-10 hours a month.
Connector Board Member
BoardFor someone with an established network in autism services, nonprofit fundraising, or the corporate sector who can open doors, surface sponsorship and matching-gift opportunities, and represent FLAC at industry events. Two-year term, roughly 6-10 hours a month.
