About FLAC

Family-Led Autism Collective (“FLAC”) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in Delaware (EIN: 99-1928406). FLAC provides grant funding, community resources, and educational information to families navigating autism therapy. We are not a healthcare provider, insurance company, therapy practice, or legal services organization.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Site
• Impersonate another person or organization when interacting with FLAC
• Use the Site in any way that could harm FLAC, its staff, or the families it serves

Grant Program

Submitting a grant application through the Site does not guarantee approval or funding. FLAC reserves the right to:

• Approve or deny applications at its sole discretion based on eligibility criteria
• Modify grant amounts, eligibility requirements, or program terms at any time
• Suspend or terminate grants if eligibility conditions are no longer met or if information provided was inaccurate
• Request verification of any information submitted as part of an application

Grant funds are provided to support family participation in ABA therapy and may not be used for purposes inconsistent with that intent. Families who receive grants agree to provide honest and accurate information about their household, financial situation, and therapy attendance when requested.

The information provided on this Site — including articles, guides, and resources — is for general informational purposes only. ABA Provider Directory

The ABA Finder directory is provided as a resource to help families locate providers in their area. FLAC does not endorse, recommend, vet, or guarantee the quality of any provider listed in the directory. Inclusion in the directory does not imply any relationship with or approval by FLAC. Families are responsible for independently evaluating and selecting providers.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Family-Led Autism Collective or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
