Sweepstakes Entry Privacy Notice

A.Social Entry: if you enter by following our Instagram account, reposting our campaign video to your Instagram Story, or commenting on our campaign post, we (or our sweepstakes-management vendor, acting on our behalf) collect your public account handle, profile name, follower status, and the content of your public Story, comment, or tag, as made available through Instagram’s official tools.

B.Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): if you enter through our online entry form, we collect your name and email address.

C.Winner Information: if you are selected as a winner, we additionally collect your phone number, a completed Form W-9 (including taxpayer identification number), and your signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release.

D.Newsletter Signup: if you earn an entry by signing up for our email newsletter, we collect your email address (and any other fields on the signup form) and add you to our recurring newsletter mailing list. This is a separate, affirmative choice from general Sweepstakes entry — signing up is optional, one of several ways to earn an entry, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email without affecting any entries already earned.

A.To administer the Sweepstakes, including verifying eligibility, tracking one-entry-per-person compliance, conducting the random drawing, and notifying winners.

B.To fulfill prizes and meet legal and tax reporting obligations, including issuing Form 1099-MISC where required.

C.To comply with the Official Rules, including maintaining records for the winners list and audit purposes.

D.We will not use information collected for this Sweepstakes to contact you about donations, grant programs, or other FLAC communications unless you separately and affirmatively opt in — for example, by choosing the newsletter-signup entry method described in Section 1(D). If you opt in this way, you will receive our recurring newsletter until you unsubscribe.

A.We use a third-party sweepstakes-management platform to collect, verify, and aggregate entries across Instagram and our AMOE. If you sign up for our newsletter as an entry method, we also use a separate email-marketing platform to send and manage that newsletter. These vendors process information on our behalf as service providers and are not authorized to use it for their own independent purposes.

B.We do not sell entrants’ personal information to third parties.

A.We retain entry records, winner selection documentation, and related tax records for at least one (1) year following the end of the Sweepstakes, or longer if required for tax, legal, or audit purposes. Non-winning entrant contact information not otherwise needed for these purposes will be deleted after this retention period.

A.You may decline to provide certain information, but doing so may make you ineligible to enter or receive a prize.

B.You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@familyledautismcollective.org. Deletion requests received before the drawing may affect your eligibility to win.

A.The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 in connection with this Sweepstakes.

A.We may update this Notice from time to time. The version posted at the time of your entry governs how your information is handled for this Sweepstakes.
