How providers are listed

What it costs a provider to appear in the ABA Finder, what that fee does and does not buy, and how FLAC decides what you see.

The headings below are the agreed structure. The wording is placeholder and must be replaced with Part 1 of the ABA Finder Listings document before this page goes live.

Providers pay a flat monthly fee

Providers pay FLAC a flat fee of $34 per month to be listed, set to cover the cost of running this directory. Every provider pays the same amount and is listed on the same terms. There is no larger package and no premium placement.

What the fee does not buy

Paying the fee does not move a provider up the results, add a badge, or get them recommended to you. FLAC does not rank, recommend, or endorse any provider. Results are listed alphabetically by name, and the filters narrow that list without reordering it.

What FLAC checks

Placeholder. This section explains what FLAC confirms before a listing goes live and what it takes on the provider's word, so a family knows how much weight to give each field.

What to confirm yourself

Placeholder. This section tells families which details to check directly with a provider before making a decision, chiefly insurance coverage, current availability and what a provider's telehealth actually involves.

Telling us something is wrong

Placeholder. How to report an inaccurate listing or suggest a provider the directory is missing. Suggest a provider or contact us.
